Use one package per 25 pounds meat. Our mild bratwurst seasoning with a touch of garlic, pepper and nutmeg. A tailgate favorite! Ingredients:Salt, Sugar, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.

    Damn good brats. Very flavorful. These are hands down the best deer brats I made. 50% deer and 40% pork. MMMMMMMMM lip smacking good

    I've used this product over several years it's far the best brat seasoning I've used when processing deer. I'll continue to use it for as long as I'm out there harvesting these big o'll deer here in Iowa.

    Made chicken bratwurst with cheddar cheese. Everyone love the flavor and taste of the brats. Great for outdoor grilling in the summer!!!

    i was very pleased with these. the flavor was great. i had made another brand last year they was ok but these take the cake. i am very happy with everything that i have tried from here will not be using the other brand again. i want to make italian sausage i have the other brand to make it but its going to sit on the shelf and i will order it from here.

    Our first try for Brats. Our group made 50# and they came out great. I'd like to encourage you to go with more no MSG recipes but this is a good summer grilling recipe

    20 pounds of venison and 5 pounds pork tender loin, Mixed with High Temp Cheddar and fresh jalopenos with Hog Casings. These are awesome! Great Flavor and a very happy happy happy customer!
