This is named BOLOGNA,very ho-hum name. This is more like what most call a summer sausage and it is delicious! Maybe the very best SUMMER SAUSAGE. Have used several con-yeager sausage kits, they are all excellent. I would say our family rates the products we have tried:1.BOLOGNA 2.TRAIL BOLOGNA 3.Peperoni sticks 4. hot sticks All are excellent and VERY easy to make with excellent no fail instructions.

This is a great mix for bologna. I used beef as the mixer with my venison this time. I would definitely stick to pork from now on. Will definitely buy again.

I have used this product in the past to make venison bologna. It is even better as a spice mix for dehydrated venison sticks. Try it my family loves them, I can't make enough!!!!

I have used this product for two years now and can not find any thing to compare with it. It is perfectly blended with the right spices. I also add cheese and red pepper flakes to mine to give it a kick.
