Best tasting mix i have ever found. I have went through at least 20 bags of this stuff over the last 5 years. Bad point is the salt bag is to much. I use about 50%-60% of the bag and throw the rest away. All my friends love my beef jerky. They say it is 10 out of 10 on taste. :)
