First the good, the spice. Every time I get spices from Con Yeager they are always top notch. I buy a lot of spice whether for cooking or processing deer and you won't find it fresher. The bad, I do not like the new bottle tops. The old ones were twist and allowed you to choose from 1 of 3 sizes of holes depending on how much spice you wanted. The new ones are a flip top. The top is cumbersome and doesn't function well. When you have the top open the flip top lid gets in the way of using the container. Please go back to the old style! This is the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
Have ordered before and will get it again. Only took one day to arrive on my doorstep.
Different name, same product. Excellent way to always have jalapeno heat and flavor without having to worry about finding peppers and then losing them to spoilage.
We use this in our homemaded ring bolonga to kick it up a notch,works very well and easy to add to a batch
Pungent, hot & biting flavor that is cumulative and felt in the back of the throat. Often seen at your favorite pizza place to spirnkle on top of your slice.
