KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Used for curing bologna, jerky & meats. Not for direct consumption. Also known as ""Pink Salt", "Quick Cure", "Curing Salt #1" or "Instacure."
Use 1 - 1.5 oz of seasoning per 1 lb of meat and/or poultry. Add enough water to attain desired texture. Aroma of chili pepper. Flavor of chili pepper, parsley & garlic.
