Sprinkle on steaks before grilling.
Makes steaks taste superb. Definitely buying again.
This is my go to seasoning for about everything. Best on beef, but still good on pork and poultry. Smoked chicken wings with this Montreal Seasoning and a little BBQ sauce at the end makes for the best flavor. Okay, now I'm hungry!
Prior to this seasoning I generally did not like to put anything other than salt and pepper on my steaks. The Montreal Burger and Steak Rub was a different story though! This rub is the perfect blend of spices without any weird flavors like some other steak seasonings IÕve tried. I received a 12.8 oz. bottle as a gift 3 years ago and I just ran out today so it lasts awhile too. IÕm such a fan of this seasoning that I started applying it to foods other than meat including asaparagus, mushrooms, potatoes etc. ItÕs a winner for sure!
I have used the Montreal Burger & Steak Rub for the past year and I find I use it every time I form burger patties, sprinkled on steaks before placing on the grill, and it gives my pork chops a wonderful flavor - I grill them on my George Forman grill. I get compliments every time I use this spice, it gives such a flavorful taste to all my meat. When I fry big chicken legs I use it on these too. Husband said they were the best tasting chicken legs ever. I find I do not have to add any additional salt or pepper to my meats.
I almost did not purchase the products I ordered because they did not have the word Venison on the bottles but I read all the Ingredients in them and figured it had to be the same as what I had in the past. I have been using their products for 15 years or more.
I have tried many different rubs, seasonings and sauces for my steaks!!!!
This seasoning is the Best I have Ever had!!!
This is one of the best steak seasonings that I have tried. It has the perfect balance of salt and pepper to enhance the flavor of burgers and steaks without being over powering. I use it to liberally season meats before grilling, cook until medium rare (or medium for the rest of my family) and let the meat rest for a few minutes. This has fantastic, high quality restaurant flavor.
