The quality of this seasoning is great even if you let the mix set around for a year. 30lbs of venison jerky for the last 6 years with the mesquite mix cant be forgotten by all may friends and family. I recommend Con Yeager to everyone. Just wish it was at my local stores.
Everyone loved this jerky! The kit was easy to use and we used the dehydrator method. It has been requested that we make 20 more pounds ASAP!

I bought a dehydrator recently and I wanted to try making chicken jerky. I couldn't find lean beef that particular day. Anyway, it came out great. The taste was close enough to beef jerky that it fooled my hunter friends. I'm definitely going to try some other flavors too. I also like the fact that this is a local company.
