Fajita Seasoning

Use 1 - 1.5 oz of seasoning per 1 lb of meat and/or poultry. Add enough water to attain desired texture. Aroma of chili pepper. Flavor of chili pepper, parsley & garlic.

Add as desired to softened butter, spread on French bread and heat. Aroma & flavor of Parmesan cheese & garlic.

Use one package of seasoning with 8 oz cold water to season 4 lbs of meat or poultry.

Use on meats, poultry & vegetables after cooking.

Use approx. 9 Tbl seasoning per 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Add to meat in zip lock bag and refrigerate 2-48 hours. Aroma of soy & celery.

Use on meats, fish & poultry for a cajun taste. Aroma of paprika & oregano. Spicy flavor with a hint of garlic.
