Have been using this rub on my beef roasts for years. Beef is tender and great flavor. Also makes great beef gravy. Can't make a roast without it.
We marinade steaks (filets, New York Strips etc.) with this rub and also season hamburgers. They taste great! I also add it to my roasts and gravy.
