The only down side .....How about making the celery flakes a "little" smaller. For a fresh salad some pieces stay really hard. Just sayin...........
So glad celery flakes are available. Gives food the celery flavor without having to cut up and remove the celery veins. Many times, I would not include celery in my food dishes because it was time consuming to prepare the celery. Celery flakes for the win to save time and add flavor.
