Use one package per 50 pounds of meat. Seven different kinds of pepper in this seasoning are what make a full-flavored, slightly spicy snack stick that has been a popular favorite for years. Ingredients: Salt, Corn Syrup, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate 0.60%, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in the Venison Seasonings section.     This mix has never disappointed us. We use all venison without adding pork or beef and it works out just fine. Rave reviews from all who try them.

    Great seasoning, easy to use, people love them I use a jerky gun right on to dehydrator trays works great

    The BEST for Deer Sticks!!!

    I use the Hot Pepper Stick recipe that is in there book however my boy like American Cheese instead. 50% deer and 50% pork butts. In smoker for 3 hours, 1 hour no smoke 2 hours apple wood. I then move them to a good dehydrator until done. The comments from those who try them is "these are the best deer sticks I have ever had". Thanks Con Yeager!!!!!!!!!!

    everyone who tasted the sticks want me to make some for them I am very busy making sticks try adding some crushed red peppers and some hight temp cheese to them for a little kick the best I ever ate thanks con yeager

    I used the recipe from your book to make my pepper sticks. Everyone that tasted the sticks were impressed with the flavor.
