I like to buy a whole New York Strip Steak and marinade it with the Sweet Bourbon marinade for 24 hrs. and then freeze them for future cooking. So easy to defrost and grill to a perfect aged steak.

I have never had a marinade taste like this. It is flavorful, not too sweet, and not to much alcohol taste. It made my grilled porkchops the best I have ever had.
I use this marinade on my thick cut pork chops, I let them marinade for approx 36 hrs and then I grilled them. Oh my goodness, it was so delicious and really tender. I will be ordering more of this one.
If your looking for something new for your chicken, pork and shrimp...this is the one to try!! And it keeps your meat very moist too.
Only thing I could think of is it could have been a tad spicier. But very good nevertheless. We have yet to try our Black Nugget yet.
A lot of marinades I've had or made are just too sweet. I have added hot sauce and dried mustard but never have gotten the right mix. They've nailed it. This isn't bland, it's got some heat to it but the perfect balance at least for me.
