my favorite jerky mix. it's the only one I buy now. the only improvement would be if the curing agent came with it.

My friend told me to try this Appalachian jerky mix so I thought I would. I came to find out it's the best I've used yet. My sisters and my nieces go crazy after it. I have to hide it just so I can have some. Thanks for making such a good product and one day maybe 'll try something else and see how they like it.

I was turned on to this product by some dear friends in Pennsylvania. I came home to Michigan and have bought this product every year since. I simply don't use anything else. I've actually had strangers come to my home after a friend of mine shared some with them, wanting to know if I'd be willing to sell some. Buy it, use it, and know that it's the best!

the Appalachian Jerky spice mix is the best there is, hands down !!

I have tried many seasonings but this Appalachian mix is still my favorite. Add some liquid smoke and you can't beat it.

I have done this with the ground meat method and by far this blows away the hillbilly jerky flavoring in my opinion. This with their liquid smoke and I cannot make this fast enough for the whole family and friends. Outstanding as all of Con Yeager product are!!!

My husband and I have made our own jerky for years and have tried just about every jerky recipe out there. I can say absolutely that this is THE BEST MIX we have ever used, and will only use this from now on!! It can be used for any meat you have, from poultry, to beef, pork and especially venison. Our nieces and nephews request the venison jerky for Christmas every year!! These are kids who refuse to eat venison any other way, and they will grab this before they grab the cookies and candy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!
