Our own wing seasoning. Sprinkle on wings before cooking or after frying. Also great on potato dishes, fries, tortilla chips & vegetables
Use in place of salt on all foods.
Marinade California Garlic Butter
Use topically or 11.52 oz with 3.28 lb water per 40 lb meat for a 10% marinade or 50 lb poultry for an 8% marinade. Aroma & flavor of garlic & butter.
Use as a dry rub on chicken & pork.
