Use one package per 25 pounds of meat. This is a sweet bologna seasoning in the tradition of Pennsylvania's south central counties.

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Spices, Natural Maple Flavoring, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Garlic, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.

Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in our "Spices, Seasonings & Herbs" section. Failure to use cure can result in serious health risks. For suggested formulations, see our Formulas and Processing Book.

    Great product for small rolls to cut and eat with cracker. Have made it in large roll and sliced for sandwich meat.

    Very pleased with the outcome of this seasoning package. I am use to having my deer bologna sweeter but over all I would definitely purchase this again. To those who want their bologna sweeter simply add molasses or brown sugar.

    Product was incredibly salty, not very sweet and devoid of any smoke flavoring.

    I used it as directed. Found the end product to be a bit too salty for my taste. For bologna or any kind of deli loaf made with this seasoning, I would back off the salt 10%-15% and increase the spices 5%-10%
