Use one package per 25 pounds of meat. Medium-hot snack stick seasoning deriving its flavor from red pepper flakes, black pepper and nutmeg. This is popular as a portable snack with hunters, fishermen and hikers.

Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate 6.26%, flavoring.

    Add to ground venison to make jerky. Can’t make enough to enjoy myself. Friends are always taking as soon as it’s done!! Great flavor and spicy!!!

    Made them Tues, and Smoked them Yesterday , I like the flavor and the heat is just right for me, leaves a nice tang, but not too hot.

    We grind 1 lb (inexpensive / fatty) bacon with every 5 lb venison. We mix the meat for about a minute with the seasoning then hand mix cheddar cheese (about 2 1/2 to 3 lbs of cheddar cheese with 25 lb mix) We stuff that into 23mm cologen casing. We smoke it in a vertical smoker in 25 lb batches This will quickly become your favorite also.

    I absolutely love this snack stick mix! I break it down into 5lb batches and just weight out what I need. Every one loves it! Sometimes I’ll add some extra pepper flakes to add some spice but other than that perfect

    Tried this along with the snack stick seasoning on whole muscle jerky just for an experiment born from boredom. Turned out to be some of the best jerky I’ve made in a long time. Kids love the snack stick seasoned jerky and that’s great. The little lady loves it as well. That’s also good because it keeps em all out of my jerky seasoned with hot stick mix.
