Use one package per 25 pounds of meat. Medium-hot snack stick seasoning deriving its flavor from red pepper flakes, black pepper and nutmeg. This is popular as a portable snack with hunters, fishermen and hikers.

Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate 6.26%, flavoring.

    A great blend of spices with the right amount of heat for most of my beer drinking friends but way too hot for kids, so I use snack stick mix for the pop drinkers here :)

    This is the best beefstick spice around. have used con yeager for 20 years is always the best.

    The flavor is great and the amount of heat is perfect. My kids cannot get enough of these sticks. I will definetly be making more as soon as possible, and whats great about that is my kids want to help me and want to learn how to make it.

    Very good mix, I highly recommend. We have used this mix for several years on our venison. This is, by FAR, the BEST MIX WE TRIED!!
