Use one package per 50 pounds of meat. A smoked pork, or pork and beef sausage seasoning, that is delicately flavored with just a touch of sage.
Ingredients: Salt, Corn Syrup, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices (including black and red pepper), Sodium Erythorbate 0.18%, Flavoring, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.
