    We've been making our venison/pork Italian sausage for 20 years. About 6 years ago my seasonings vendor went out of business. Ever since I found Con Yeager and their "Plus 2" all my buddies want to make sausage with me! The combination of spices especially the fennel is what make this seasoning. We usually make a couple 50lb batches and kick one up with my dried cayenne pepper and turn it into "hot" Italian sausage.

    Best mild sausage we have made. Did use twice as much as called for, thought it was for 25 lb instead of 50 lb.
