Product Description

Use one package per 50 pounds of meat.

A mild, low-salt bologna or hot dog seasoning that is great with beef, pork or venison. Ingredients: Corn Syrup Solids, Spices, Salt, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate 0.75%, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.

    Excellent hot dogs made with venison and 15% by weight pork sausage. Con Yeager, it would be helpful if you would provide a fact sheet for quanity measure of cure per lb. I figured a quantity from the total weight value. Problem I do not a way to accurately measure oz.s. I can measure tablespoons etc. Thanks
