Italian meatballs in just minutes. Blend content of package with 2lb of ground beef, venison, or turkey and 1/2 cup of cold water. Form into balls. May be refrigerated or frozen until ready to bake or pan fry.
Ingredients: Cracker Meal (Wheat Flour, Salt), Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Parsley Flakes.
Seasons 2 lbs. meat.

Made for soft, tasty meatballs using only ground beef. Mixed the seasoning with the meat as directed. Formed meatballs. Placed in the oven with red Italian sauce over and baked for approx. 1/2 hour+. Reheated well too in the microwave.
Will buy again.

I can't make meatballs better than this mix. I roll them in parmesan-romano cheese and then bake them and add to my sauce. Everyone rave's about them, and I've given away too many packages to relatives and friends who now order. This mix saves time and money. THANK YOU!

I love this meatball mix. I make them ahead and freeze them in packages of four and have lots of quick meals that are very good I just add pasta and my favorite sauce a salad and garlic bread. It is great for cooking for two.
