Make your own great-tasting breakfast sausage at home! This has a mild flavor profile that is not spicy. Blend the content of this package with ten pounds of ground meat or turkey and 3/4 cups of cold water. (Approx 1 tbsp of seasoning per pound of meat.) Form into patties or stuff into casings.

I did this mix with elk this year. It is OK at best. There is 1 spice that I cannot identify that keeps coming through and that is all I can taste.
The search continues for a breakfast sausage that mimics a Cracker Barrel or Jimmy Dean . .

This sausage is so easy to make and it taste so good.I save almost $1.00 a pound by making it myself.It is just as good or better than what i buy in the store.My brother tasted my country style and smoked sausage and now he is making his own. Thanks ConYeager
