This 3/8 inch cubed cheese can be used with bolognas, sausages (fresh or smoked), or snack sticks. Add to ground beef along with one of our burger seasonings for a fantastic seasoned cheesburger!

I added some cheddar cheese to my maple breakfast sausage and stuffed it in casing. I got a lot of compliments on how good it was.

I used the cheese with my pepper sticks that I made from your recipe book. The flavor is great and no melting.

This high temp cheese is awesome mixed with the PA Deer Bologna. I do recommend the use of a stuffer versus using the grinder to fill casings. The grinder has tendency to smash the cheese.
