Product Description

Great for adding to your sausage and snack sticks. This high temperature cheese resists melting and running out of your product. Add to your ground meat at a rate of 15% (by weight). This 3/8 inch cubed cheese can be used with bolognas, sausages (fresh or smoked), or snack sticks. Add to ground beef along with one of our burger seasonings for a fantastic seasoned cheesburger!

I added some cheddar cheese to my maple breakfast sausage and stuffed it in casing. I got a lot of compliments on how good it was.

I used the cheese with my pepper sticks that I made from your recipe book. The flavor is great and no melting.

I have been using this product for years. It really allows you to cook the product without losing your cheese.

This high temp cheese is awesome mixed with the PA Deer Bologna. I do recommend the use of a stuffer versus using the grinder to fill casings. The grinder has tendency to smash the cheese.
