I mix the 6.72 bag with about 4 pounds, when I cook these everyone just love them. I have also use this seasoning to put some heat in other dishes. I always have this on hand.

This seasoning is so good my family is hooked on it.

I read comments where this seasoning didn't have much "bite". Well... we disagree. This stuff is POTENT! We definitely like some bite, but! I got 2 packages. The next one we'll use on 5-6 lbs of 80/20 hamburger, instead of just 3 lbs as per instructions. Like all other Con Yeager spices, this is great... just need to adjust to find your "sweet spot".

This by far the best combo mix I have tried...added some small diced cheddar cheese to the meat mixture before broiling----AWESOME burgers.

By far the best hamburger seasoning ever! It can also be used to make pepperoni and sausage.

Adds a decent amount of spice, which I expected, but seems to be lacking any real flavor or seasoning.So don't forget to add some salt & pepper, but still a good product, also made roasted potatoes with this and ranch powder mixed together. That worked out well..added a new dimension to them.

Perfect spice to add a kick to your burger. Use a little guacamole as a topping for that cool and hot mix on a summer afternoon!
