Product Description
Blend the content of the seasoning envelope with 1 cup of cold water. Place meat or chicken in a resealable plastic bag and add blended marinade to cover the surfaces. Refrigerate overnight before cooking for best flavor.
Ingredients: Sugar, Soy SaucePowder (Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt, Maltodextrin), Salt, Carmel Color, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Hydrolized Corn, Soy Protein, Salt, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed, Soybean), Spices, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, <2% Silicon Dioxide to prevent caking.
ALLERGENS: WHEAT, SOY
Seasons 4 lbs. meat.

Tried this marinade after being recomended by friends. It is fantastic!! Used it with a couple NY strips on grill. Great Flavor! Can't wait to use it to make some jerky in the smoker. I think it will be great for that as well.

We have used Black Nugget Marinade for our Marinated Strip Steaks for years. We vacuum package our steaks with Black Nugget Marinade to Tenderize and retain moisture when cooking.

I tried Black Nugget Marinade this summer at a neighbor's cookout, and thought it was delicious. I asked the company name and ordered it online. We marinaded steaks and will try it with chicken next. Great price for the product, fair shipping price too.
